- Structure made with modular panels, "sandwich" type. Floor with drain facilities.
- Insulation made of rigid self-extinguishing polyurethane foam, with high insulating power, injected at high-pressure in order to reach the average density of 40 Kg/m³. Hooks and locking pins are foamed into the insulation to fasten the panels together and ensure the stability of the structure; in addition, they have a tongue/groove shape to limit the cold air loss when assembled. The polyurethane foam is CFC- and HCFC-free.
- Nr 9 hinged doors, fully insulated with a lever type handle, closing on a locking pin and rubber gasket to ensure a hermetic sealing. The opening of each door is 800 x 550 mm (W x H). Each door contains 1 body tray.
- Inner tubular stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 frame with “C” shape slides to prevent the tilting of the body-tray when partially extracted.
- Nr 9 body trays, realized in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 and sloping to the center to avoid fluids losses. Plastic rollers at the sides to make easy the extraction/insertion operations and double-end handles for an easy and safe hand-grip.
- Nr 3 LED tubes, in the sidewall, with activation through a special switch located on the control panel. Each tube grants energy saving and prevents the internal heating.
- Control panel located in the front part with ON/OFF button, adjusting switches, current inner temperature display and 4 additional LEDS showing the status of compressor, evaporator, defrost or malfunctions.
- Monoblock type hermetic motor, top mounted, air cooled condenser and ventilated evaporator. The compressor has a power of 3 HP. Made in metal sheet with removable panels to facilitate the maintenance.
