Vertical Ultra-Freezer
The ULF product series represents excellence in low-temperature storage for the medical field. This super freezer series is designed to offer superior performance in the storage of products at extreme temperatures, such as biological samples and pharmaceuticals.
The ULF series units feature a vertical construction, with a robust, steel epoxy coated outside and inside made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel. High-density, CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane foam insulation with a thickness of 130 mm provides highly efficient insulation from outside temperatures.
ULFs are equipped with four swivel castors for easy transport and height-adjustable feet for optimal stability.
Positioned at a convenient height at the door, this panel offers an intuitive user interface via a 7-inch touch display. The panel works with a microprocessor to control and supervise all freezer functions.
It offers the possibility to digitally adjust and display the temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C. Security is guaranteed by a two-level password access. In addition, a backup battery guarantees the autonomy of the control panel in the event of a power interruption.
The freezer's hinged door is designed for hermetic closure and unparalleled insulation.
The ULF series features hinged doors with double perimeter seals for hermetic closure. The opening handle is designed for ease of use and secure closure with a safety key included.
The interior of the freezers includes 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel counter doors insulated with polyurethane foam for excellent insulation. In addition, the series offers complete interior equipment, including 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel shelves mounted on removable and adjustable supports.
ULF series medical freezers are equipped with a high-quality refrigeration unit, consisting of highly efficient hermetic compressors. This system ensures a uniform and stable temperature inside the freezer.
All components are industrial-grade for maximum reliability. Additionally, the ULF series is designed to use refrigerant gases with a GWP < 6, thereby contributing to environmental sustainability.
With significant net capacities, these units are ideal for the medical sector, ensuring reliable storage at temperatures between -60°C and -86°C.
