Vertical Ultra-Low Freezer
The ULF product range represents an excellence for low-temperature storage in the medical-scientific field. Our ULF range is designed to offer superior performance in the storage of products at extreme temperatures, such as biological samples, vaccines and pharmaceuticals items.
The ULF range is made with a vertical and robust structure made in steel epoxy coated outside and in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 inside.
High-density, CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane foam 130 mm thick provides highly efficient thermal insulation.
Our ULF are equipped with four swivel castors to ease the positioning and height-adjustable feet for optimal stability.
Positioned at a convenient height on the door, this control panel offers an intuitive user interface though a 7'' touch display. The panel works with a microprocessor to control and supervise all freezer functions.
It also offers the possibility to digitally adjust and display the temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C. Security is guaranteed by a two-level password access. In addition, a backup battery guarantees the autonomy of the control panel in the event of a power failure.
The hinged door is designed to ensure an airtight seal and highly effective insulation.
Airtightness is also guaranteed by the presence of double perimeter gaskets. The handle with integrated safety key has been specially designed to facilitate the operations and allow easy and safe closing. The interiors are equipped with 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel inner doors insulated with expanded polyurethane to enchance the insulation power. Furthermore, the range offers a complete internal equipment, including shelves in 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, mounted on removable and adjustable supports.
The ULF series freezers are equipped with a high-quality refrigeration unit, consisting of high-efficiency hermetic compressors. This system guarantees a uniform and stable temperature inside the freezer.
All components are industrial grade for maximum reliability.
Furthermore, the ULF series is designed to use refrigerant gas with GWP < 6, thus contributing to environmental sustainability.
